We strictly collect minimal data necessary for functionality: Discord Server IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs (for mentions), and user preferences. We do NOT read, store, or log personal message content within your server.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable international laws, our legal basis for processing this data is the fulfillment of the service contract (providing notifications).

We do not sell your data. Information is only processed internally to deliver alerts. We only share data when required by law enforcement or strictly necessary service providers.

You have the right to request the total erasure of your data. If you remove the bot from your server, we will purge associated configuration data. For manual deletion requests or privacy inquiries, contact support via our official channels or email.
