By inviting and using SocialBeacon, you agree to these terms. Under applicable laws, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this service. If you do not agree or do not meet the age requirement, please remove the bot from your server.

SocialBeacon acts as an intermediary for public data. You must strictly comply with the Terms of Service of Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Meta (Instagram), X, and Kick. We reserve the right to terminate service if the bot is used to violate third-party terms.

SocialBeacon does not host, own, or store the creator content it previews. All intellectual property rights remain with the original content creators and their respective platforms. SocialBeacon assumes no liability for copyrighted material linked through the bot.

The service is provided "As-Is" and "As Available" with no Service Level Agreement (SLA). We do not guarantee 100% uptime or instant alerts. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers against any claims, fines, or damages arising from your misuse of the bot.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by our operating entity.
